Completely useless
It must depend on the manager. I own a property and my manager is completely useless. She simply never answers. Some repairs are supposed to be performed further to the original inspection, I never even had a simple answer. I had a rodent issue that did some damage and drove my tenant crazy, it took weeks before she intervened. The repairs were poorly done and I still struggle after months to have it corrected. I got in touch with the supervisor... who doesn't supervise and simply forwarded my email. Nothing happened yet and the manager still never answered.
