Worst Management Company Ever

If I could give a negative star, I would. How our HOA could continue to use this company is beyond me. They are simply incompetent-poor communication, no coordination among their own staff or the HOA Board, and positively toxic attitude toward homeowners. How could this company still be in business with such poor customer service? And these people are positively allergic to using the phone. Why call to quickly sort out an issue when you can ignore email for weeks? Having served on the boards of several different residential HOAs, I feel qualified to judge this company as the worst I have ever encountered. If you are considering hiring them as your HOA management company, you may want to read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau website, Yelp and Facebook.
