they said they changed it to by monthly, and when they didn't its my fault

I missed a Payment, I get it, then I was talking to the Agent, first one said it would change to by Monthly, Next month rolled around, a Payment came out midway through, so I called, asked what was up, and then it was, you have to make this payment.. I get that, and did, but was told then AGAIN, it was changed to by monthly. a payment came out yet again, NOT changed, called them back, sorry for the inconvience, but you have to make this payment, and then call us back, we see all the notes that the arrangments where done, but oh well.
now, its we will get a manager to call you back whenever they can.
