As a volunteer for a non-profit organization, I was tasked with coming up with a way to recognize our volunteers this year. We had decided to go with 3 custom items from Score Sports, with over a month of lead time the sales rep assured me they would be able to meet my timeline.
I was clear and transparent from the get-go and was promised by Becca that my needs could be met. However, that would not be the case as Becca ignored my questions and inevitably made zero effort to process my order. Not only that but her supervisor Travis, who was apologetic and told me he would do his best to get our order in time. However again once I was off the phone with him the communication stopped. If I had a dollar for everytime Travis said communication was important in that phone conversation i'd have at least 20 bucks, but he instead refused to return future calls, emails and texts went unanswered.
If you want a company to let you down this is the one to go with. From top to bottom they blame "tariffs" but just lack common customer service standards. Its poor management from top to bottom and because of them we were left scrambling to find alternative items on short notice
