Owner is Rude!

had an appointment at Sunshine Nails (off Furrows) today and when I arrived, I was told to wait while they took a walk- in who got there a minute before me (I was early for my appointment too) ...after waiting 10 minutes I asked my girl who does my nails ,and said "by the way I have an appointment how long is the wait?" I asked the customer sitting there is she had an appointment and she confirmed she did not. Then owner, LINDA, the witch who sits near the desk, got up and came to where I was getting polish removed and screamed at me to "shut up!" she did not want me to talk to other customer. Then she told me I could "get my nails done or I could get out." Those were her words and repeated (screamed) for me to "shut up" I will not be going back that pigsty! For $45 for a powder fill every 2 weeks, she's got a lot of nerve being rude to customers AND the place is filthy to boot! APPOINTMENTS SHOULD BE HONORED OVER WALK INS!!! I will say before I left I let her know how rude and disrespectful she was. Actually my nail tech put her HANDS on me to push me out of the store before I was finished getting my bag together...it was the last time she will ever told me to shut up. Quite honestly, the place should be condemned. It has gone DOWNHILL, filthy and they DO NOT STERILIZE tools, they rinse them in the sink. I NEVER get a pedi there and never would. I read other reviews after this experience and guess what? I AM NOT ALONE! Others will not return because of the rude harassment you get from the owner LINDA. This could have been over in one sentence: an apology from Linda saying sorry that I had to wait or move the walk- in to another tech once I got there (that's what other salons have done) and let me have my appointment with my tech as I scheduled every two weeks. But no Linda escalated it into her anger fest because I questioned why they disregarded my appointment time for a walk in. It was such an upsetting experience. She has issues. I read other reviews and while many girls who work under her are sweet, she is horrible and they, too, have written reviews citing Linda's rude interactions with customers.
