Crumbling Care
I gave it 3 stars because there is some decent staff in there but very little. Seems like all the good ones are leaving. I wonder why? There's waay too much drama from the employees.
Some of the PSWs pay no attention to detail on what they are doing when caring for residents, such as bathing, dressing them, food, the list goes on. It's annoying when common sense is out of the window. Some even bring their hateful attitude when caring for the resident. It's demeaning to them. Some need to re-evaluate themselves. Especially in this field.
If you don't complain, you'll be on good terms with them. Bring something to the light, you'll have an "x" marked on your back from almost everyone. It never goes away. They cover each other big time. Not much gets resolved.
Cheers to the employees who legit care for these residents and who go over above and beyond. Thank you for all that you do. Love and kindness go a long way. Residents need that.
