CNAC is the BIGGEST fraudulent bullshit company! I had my vehicle for 3 years... I had ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES with my payments for 3 years... If I had any issues with payments due to my financial situation I spoke with the bank and we rewrote my contract or they helped me make my payments on time. Over the past 3 months there are all new people working for the bank. They had no clue that I was under a different contract. The website even had the wrong payment date and total of my normal, regular payment due. I was told I was behind. I provided proof and I was asked for more proof. I said I would only produce a supervisor. I emailed several times that month asking for a supervisor to contact me. And no one contacted me nor even acknowledged my email. Only after contacting HQ I received an email but after following up no one responded again. The first time I had driven my car in 2 months, within parking for 10 mins, my car was repossessed. I finally spoke to the gentleman who emailed me, produced ALL my paperwork and it has been 2 weeks. I have called and emailed MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY... and no one responds. My vehicle was BASICALLY repossessed ILLEGALLY! And for ABSOLUTELY NO REASONS. On top of the fact if CNAC was correct, why can't anyone call me? Besides the fact the repossession is on my credit report already. And even if I wanted to make a payment.. My account was locked the day it was taken! Do yourself a favor and save the headache!!
