Title: Unprofessional and Disrespectful Management — Avoid This Company
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this construction company—particularly its management (Osman Yasgan) , was so unprofessional that it deserves to be documented.
From the beginning, communication was combative and disrespectful. Rather than working collaboratively with me as a paying client, the manager became increasingly aggressive and unhinged when I raised legitimate concerns about the project. His tone and conduct were entirely unacceptable for anyone in a professional service business.
At one point, he actually wrote to me:
“Test your patience? What will you do, fire me? I am asking you terminate our contract if you like anyway. What else will you do? You know where my office is, you are welcome to visit me anytime.”
This quote alone speaks volumes about his arrogance and lack of professionalism. No client should ever be spoken to this way, especially when entrusting someone with a major construction project and significant investment.
What should have been a straightforward business relationship turned into a stressful and hostile experience due entirely to the manager’s behavior. If you value professionalism, accountability, and respect, stay far away from this company. There are many other contractors who know how to communicate courteously, honor contracts, and treat clients with dignity.
