Extremely Disappointing Experience with Club Oxygen – Beware Before Buying Membership
I had one of the worst experiences as a member of Club Oxygen. The company turned out to be completely unreliable and misleading. They make big promises to convince you to buy their membership, but once you do, they fail to deliver on their commitments.
During my honeymoon trip to Goa (Morjim Property), I had to literally beg them for a room booking despite being a paid member. No one answered my calls, and I had to visit their Ahmedabad office every day, waiting for hours just to get some help.
When we finally got a room, it was in terrible condition — dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what was promised. Shockingly, we even found a used item (Condom) under the bed, which was extremely unhygienic. Despite informing the resort staff, they didn’t bother to clean it. We had requested a honeymoon suite, but were given an ordinary room instead.
The overall service was pathetic, and the team was unresponsive and careless. I have all the email conversations and photos to back up my experience.
Please think twice before purchasing their membership — they are only after your money. I strongly suggest considering other, more reputable vacation programs like Mahindra instead.
