Thoroughly recommend Max Property Management...
We used Max Property Management, Christchurch for 6 years, who managed our dual key apartment there. We have recently sold this.
Michelle, Rachel and their team have been extremely professional, helpful and very good communicators if there ever was a problem or we needed information. We cannot rate them high enough and recommend them as a top rental management company. They even referred us to a real estate agent when it was time for us to sell.
