Not a Good Work Environment

Ingenium Aerospace may have been a good place to work in the past, as the reviews below suggest, but I will say based on my experience working there over the past year that is no longer the case. Recent organizational changes within Program Management leadership has resulted in a very caustic environment to work in. No leadership, little structure, lack of customer focus, high employee turnover.

I would not recommend working here if there are other options. However the pay is well, so possible consideration could be given for short term.
