Gypsy Hub is an absolutely pathetic and unprofessional co-packer to deal with. As a customer, I experienced repeated failures in basic communication: calls, emails, and messages simply go unanswered—for days, weeks, or not at all. There is no customer service, no accountability, and zero respect for their clients.
What’s worse, CEO Paul Baggio makes promises he cannot keep. Even after raising serious concerns directly with him, nothing changed. His consistent failure to deliver on commitments demonstrates he has zero credibility, and the company’s leadership sets an unacceptable tone for how Gypsy Hub treats its customers.
If professionalism, reliability, and respect matter to your business, steer well clear of Gypsy Hub and demand better from your service partners. Unfortunately, my experience is proof that this company is not fit for anyone seeking honest business collaboration.
