Very deficult to communicaate with.

Have been attempting to work with this farm regarding AFFF cancer claim. However when the team contacts me it is impossible to understand them due to very poor audio on their phone system and in a couple cases the person's accent was so extreme it was impossible to communicate with them. I called their primary number looking for assistance regarding the communication problems and was quickly rushed off the call and the lady I spoke with refused to listen to the issues with their contact center.
