Discriminatory
Absolutely awful experience with them. I was unfairly withdrawn due to disability discrimination. This was done without my consent and I have proof that it was due to disability.
They then finally told me after days of me waiting for them to resolve the issue that they could offer me a Level 2 course, which I have already done. I was doing Level 3 and they said I can't continue this course as it requires 100% attendance, I could not attend as they withdrew me from the course to having a disability, which is a protected characteristic under the Equality Act.
