We did not have a good experience with Twin Tier Kitchen and Bath. The countertop that they installed had a 1/2" in diameter gouge in it and the one seam was way too obvious. When I spoke with the Brian, the owner, he informed me that the countertop was "installed according to industry standards". Apparently, this is his go to excuse. I then sent him pictures showing the damage and the terrible seam. He finally agreed to come and address it. I want to mention that we are less than one mile away from his shop. He did an OK job on the seam, but refused to address the damaged area. Recommendation, stay away from this clown. He is no business man.
