Ive had a suncoast enclosure for about 12 years now, the 3 stars are for the aluminium structure and the install of it, i am not very happy with the durability of the covering products, the roof and window films. i find they don't stand up to the U.V rays and the damage that is associated with them. i have already changed the mylar on the windows after 5 years due to them being un see thru or un washable. The new mylar agian is not see thru anymore
roof material got very brittle and holes started appearing on the top of the corrigated panel ad dirt gets in there and looks terrible. I would not purchase this product again only because of the on going maintenance cost and low durability. Am looking for a light plexiglass material if available to redo windows but not easy to install in flat frame design. But will find something.
