Great when you're sure you won't need modifications on booking and cost or cancellation. Pass otherwise.
I recently booked three separate transfers for one trip. On the first two transfers, I was extremely pleased with the reliability of the service, the drivers and the vehicles. On the third trip I was extremely disappointed with them (ailrportstaxitransfers.com). Basically, if you're 100% sure that the trip will be taken as booked (dates, number of people, and there's no chance of needing cancellation or changes), you'll be very pleased. This was not the case on our last transfers. What was booked as 10 people ended up only requiring two people. It is impossible to contact someone with the firm when you need customer service to modify or delete. Forget about cancelling, their links don't work. Forget about getting your money back for cancellations or getting price reductions for reduced needs. They say you can cancel before 24 hrs of the trip... forget about that. You won't be able to reach anyone or do so with their links (they don't function). I will use them again closer to the trip when I'm very certain of the date/number of people/etc. and feel certain the trip will occur as I am booking... otherwise, I won't be using them if there's any uncertainty or if my expectations are to easily modify or cancel the booking wanting to be refunded.
