If you need parts or communication quickly, forget...
If you need parts or communication quickly, forget it. It seems ridiculous to order an urgent part that a car won't run without, then be told it will ship in 5 days, when you could get it for more or less the same cost via the UK, in 3 days!
In the past I have had good service and quick delivery for non urgent parts - why now do they take forever to ship a part they have in stock, and take 48 hours to respond to e-mails! Frustrateing.
