I joined BBG in November, drawn to the promise of monthly individual coaching, weekly workshops, and a structured system. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. By August, I was assigned my fourth coach, as the others left for other opportunities.
I joined primarily for the private coaching, but with constant turnover, there has been no consistency and, most importantly, no chance to build a meaningful coaching relationship—which is the essence of coaching.
Here’s what my experience looked like:
Coach 1: Unacceptable. The sessions felt more about her successes than mine.
Coach 2: Excellent. She cared about me as a person and about the success of my company.
Coach 3: Nice, but I always felt like just another client. She knew the system but lacked personal connection.
At $1,299 per month with a 12-month commitment, I feel this has been a waste of money. I’ve asked to be released from my contract—time will tell.
In a world full of coaching programs, I recommend avoiding this one unless you plan to work entirely independently using only the online portal and workshops. But for 1:1 coaching, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
