No where is it posted no seating without a reservation.

No where is it posted that you have to make a reservation in order to be seated for dinner. The receptioistg were rude and unprofessional. We were refused a table and now know why they are probably not making because they said reservations are always needed. We were told if we wanted a table for two we would have to wait until after 7 p.m.. The bar area was full and we were told we could order a meal and eat in the bar area only. No place down stairs , on the menu does it state no seating without a reservation. We wanted to have a special time at Emvers and will post likely not go back or recommend this Casino and Embers Restaurant to anyone in the future. They refused to let us talk to the manager who we know personally.
