I was never told about these fees until after signing documents ...
I was never told about these fee until after signing of document Estimate and Inspection Fees. No where on this contract or was mentioned these fees only the appraisal and attorneys fee which was 33 1/3 % and if you guys would have to go to legislation than the fee would go up to the 45%.. Just face it I know, and you know I was cheated. Your representatives lied about the settlement , I did find out until after the paperwork was signed and then a true breakdown of the payout was exposed. I couldn't believe the amount was more than was I was told ..
Big different from $5100 settlement amount and finding out its was $8905.94..
Showing this contract doesn't negate Dick's Law Firm took over 90% of my settlement.. Still waiting on rest of monies from law firm its right at two month still nothing no calls ! my action is to take to small claim court ,,Im a 69yrs senior ciziten who's been cheeted out of 80% of my settlement ..
