Worst meals I have ever tried. They are bland, soupy and poor quality. I was to have a "trial" period. This being a subsidiary (or so they claim) of Marley Spoon, I trusted them. The meals showed up short: 7 of the 8 meals were shipped and the order was different than what was ordered. Called to immediately cancel. On hold for 40 minutes; gave up went on line to cancel and the web said I would be receiving no more shipments or bills ($70.00 wasted at this point, as a I found the meals inedible.). Next day I receive an email stating than my shipment will arrive for the week on 8/24/25 and they billed my card $113.00. Called the company, 20 mins on hold and got through. This was the 17th of August 2025. The representative, Linl stated, you are not cancelled until the forthcoming shipment and yes you owe us for this order. I contacted the BBB and credit card company to dispute all transactions. Perhaps the positive reviews here are self-submitted by the company.
