Horizon Financial Debt Resolution Services- spoke with Brian Wick. This is a total scam. The company sends you a contract, but not with them, with the doc pros. In this contract the fees are laid out like this (at least in my case (contract#15421539 signed 8-12-2025) $50.00 to the doc pros, $308.58 enrollment fee. No where in this contract does it say any money is going to pay down or settle my debt. Matter of fact it says it will not. Instead saying, if a settlement has to be reached the doc pros will connect you with a debt settlement firm and you will have to pay a separate fee to that company. So then where is the $308.08 enrollment fee going? From what I can tell- Horizon Financial Debt Services for doing nothing but misleading you to sign this contract. What a scam, I can't believe it legal.
