Customer Service horrendous! I have a broken Lipo wrap. I have written to them 4 times. 3 times from my email with photos. Once via their customer service form on the web site. Over a period of 16 days. Absolutely nothing! Not even a "too bad on you" we wont help you, go away". I'm in disbelief how a company can say they have a customer service! Truly Awful. The customer is unimportant. Sad thing is I like my Lipo wrap, & was recommending to friends. I had a perfectly good vibe about them. Service is important, as are Image & reviews to a company.
