We have a sticker on our door claims fast service. Called and was told they could not come out until Tuesday. My husband and I are handicapped. We use our garage as our main exit of the house. When this was explained to the person answering the phone we got no help. We have reached out to other companies who can fix our door. Really disappointed that this company does not perform. Nor do they consider safety needs DO NOT USE
