No stars if possible. Online order confirmed immediately with email and withdrawal of payment. No ability to track order, no estimated delivery or shipping date. 5 days after order, emailed customer service to inquire regarding estimated shipping and delivery with no response. I then canceled order and got an immediate email response that the order was cancelled with no refund. I responded to the email stating if the order had been cancelled, the money had to be refunded. Email from customer service stating refund would be 3-5 business days depending on my bank. Better customer service would have been to respond with estimated shipping and delivery.
