Terrible

First order to school: lost.
Second order to school: incorrect cheaper items. Failure to fulfil a basic order contract AND seems to expect us to pay to return their obvious mistake (packing slip has the correct items, contents did not match). Customer service nonexistent - no apology or promise to rectify.

Thankfully the government is minimizing uniforms to three items next academic year.
