Terrible service
Been going to see my Mum in hospital in Guildford for the last 5 days. The train has been late by over 20 mins three of the days. The delay repay won't send me a password reset email. I tried creating a new account with a different email, but it days my password is wrong, when it certainly isn't. Today's train is 5 carriages instead of 10. Horrible experience.
