Horrifying experience at Waves, Isprava property of Lohono.

I Booked Ispravas, Waves, property at Akshi, Raigad, for weekend of 25th July.Right from booking till i left the property my experience was a nightmare.After securing the booking amount, no one answered my calls . I was told the property is 25 minutes from Mandwa jetty. Since I was travelling with 2 children , I particularly wanted a property close to the jetty. I was also told it had direct access to the beach. Not only was the property more than one hour away from the beach, the access to the beach was filled with animal poop. The property itself had a dead pigeon and animal poop in the garden area. The food fo r babies was not made and food brought for babies was removed by the staff. The whole experience was a nightmare.
