i’ve sent multiple emails, spoke with two different women who promised me to send out a replacement board. Nothing has happened. It’s been over two months. I spent over five grand on the best system possible under sink and full whole home system only need to have nobody validate the warranty and help me to get my system back working. This is huge disappointment. I would venture elsewhere. Their customer service is horrible.
