My wife, Lisa, and I swapped to Exelsuper when we wanted to start our own SMSF but had no idea where to start. Chris Harris at Exelsuper was suggested to me by an old mate that I trust and so we met with him the next week. From the moment we met - he put my Lisa (always a tough critic with salespeople) at ease and we have not looked back.
Chris has a simple way of explaining complex issues and their set price costing seemed more than fair and appealed to us after having seemingly big accounts elsewhere.
Since we started, we had a huge rise in fortune due to the market and at no point did Chris pat himself on the back. We had good advise to move a few things around (at no cost to us) and they worked too. Recently the market has not been so good and whilst we are still up on the initial investment Chris was quick to chat with us to give us some peace of mind. We are more than happy with all aspects of their service and advice and would happily recommend them to friends - as I have done a number of times.
