Don’t hire this company

We live in a community in Hilton Head. Unfortunately, the Board chose this company to upgrade our gates and access. Two years and I have to say we should have left the old system in place . We used to be able to leave our community and the gate opened automatically. Not anymore. It works sometimes. The rest of the time you have to get out of your car and go press a button so the gate will open . The incoming gates used to work fine . Now we have to call security to open the stupid gate . We must be spend a fortnight in Security overtime for them to sit at the gate to let people in.
I cannot believe this. Of course, if it rains the exit gate is inoperable. And it always seems to be down every weekend. You think they would come out then address it? No. Maybe the following Monday or Tuesday. Then they have order a part. IT’S A BRAND NEW SYSTEM!
What a joke
