I currently work at edge company located at 1800 Thomas street. My experience working here has showed me that edge data bank is inhumane. Majority of the security workers are African American and have been treated like slaves. We have no lockers, we cannot step outside to our cars if we forgot something, we have to turn in our phones like we are in elementary. They make us seat in hard metal and plastic chairs for hours and if you get up you get written up or fired. This company was not prepared to be up and running. They are rushing with the construction of the building. Many officers have seen rats and rodents running across there feet but was told the rats are normal and if you leave your post you will be fired.
