Extreme overcharging

As a resident of an apt complex that uses coinmeter washer and dryers I have had a bad time with the machines accepting cards. Bad card read on almost every machine. But now I've been charged $10.50 so far for 1 load of laundry! The last charge was 2 hours after leaving the laundry facilities. I'm sitting at home and the machines are charging my card again! I've submitted a refund request and left a message with Coinmeter. Now I need to add another $1.75 refund request. Too much hassle and how is it charging my card when I'm not even there? User Beware!
