Worst Experience Ever

Instamed is a company that is supposed to make medical billing easier and more efficient for the client and the patient. I am the service provider who is NOT an Instamed client. They sent me payment for my services in the form of a visa check that I cannot cash because I don't have a merchant account. When I went to get payment in another form, they said I had to go to Cigna (the client's insurance company) for that. I literally spent an hour on the phone being transferred from company to company with everyone saying that's not their function and they don't know who I can talk to to fix this.

Bottom line, Instamed did NOT make getting paid easier or more efficient. It's been a huge waste of time thus far.
