Unfortunately, I did not feel valued during my experience with Eldor. The communication was poor and unstructured, with repeated interview rescheduling and no clear expectations. During the actual meeting, the environment was unprofessional — the manager came across as unprepared and at times even raised their voice, which created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. It gave me the impression that respect and professionalism were not priorities there. I value clear communication, mutual respect, and leadership that supports rather than intimidates — and I didn’t experience that at Eldor.
To be honest, I did not feel genuinely valued by Eldor. The communication during the interview process was unclear and disorganized — my interviews were rescheduled multiple times, and I often didn’t receive proper confirmation or follow-up. When the interview did happen, the team seemed unprepared and didn’t appear to fully understand my background or the company I previously worked for. That experience made me question how they value experienced candidates or potential team members. I believe that being valued starts with respectful communication and preparedness — which unfortunately was lacking in my interaction with Eldor.
