Good and not so good
The upside is I was given a loaner vehicle when my car was in for servicing. Downside was charged 90 bucks for Lexus to tell me that it was 400 dollars to update navigation. When I inquired on how to adjust headlights(factory aim is too low) Lexus informed me that it required special tools( phillips screwdriver).
