Beware - go anywhere but here for a loan.
I received a loan for a building in May of 2022. They needed a portion of my life insurance as a guarantee, $67k. I was told it can be removed after a year. After a year I was told, in writing that it had to have 18 months of payments. After 18 months I was told we needed to pay for a full appraisal of the building and property to have it removed. I have made almost double payments for over three years and asked again to get it removed. Nobody is returning my emails or calls. I figured with how expensive this loan is with the ancillary fees, I will pay it off. I have reached out via email and the phone and not heard back from anyone. From my experience, this has been one of the worst companies to deal with for a loan that I have had in my 62 years.
