I’m very disappointed

I’m very disappointed with my experience dealing with Röhlig Logistics, particularly their Mexico and Germany offices.

We spent two full days coordinating a time-sensitive shipment from Mexico to Europe. Their Mexico team provided a quotation, confirmed details, and gave the impression we could proceed. Only after all this time and effort was I informed that they would not cooperate because my company was “not in their agent scope.”

This information should have been disclosed from the start — not after my client had already begun purchasing the goods. Their internal communication appears disorganized, and the lack of responsibility shown by their Germany office in handling the issue professionally was unacceptable.

Because of their failure, I lost valuable time and credibility with my customer. I would not recommend Röhlig Logistics to companies that value transparency, accountability, and proper coordination between global branches.
