Reliable and efficient
Easy to order. Great prices. They're also reliable and deliver within the agreed timeframe. I've been using them for years, and I definitely recommend them.

They commercialise passengers' health issues. Regulation EC 1107/2006 establishes rights for air passengers and requires airlines to provide necessary accommodations like special seating arrangements. Iberia simply refuses to comply. Instead, they ask passengers to pay for reasonable, and justified accommodations such as a simple aisle seat to be able to stand and mobilise due to health issues. Unethical and revolting! They think they're above the law. No surprise their ratings everywhere online are so low. What a twisted mentality and horrible company!
Instead of the usual 2 to 4 days to process a tenant’s documents and establish a report, FCC Paragon took 2 full weeks! Plus, they breached the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 by reporting my annual income to the estate agent around £19,000 below the true amount!!!
That delayed my tenancy’s start and made the landlord ask for several months’ rent in advance, which could have damaged my savings and investments. I complained firmly and they finally rectified their serious mistake without any apology. They simply tried to deflect their legal and professional responsibility by pretending that the reference report, a crucial stage in being approved as a new tenant, is nothing but “a recommendation only”!!! I cornered them, then later they wrote me a very insincere “we apologise for ANY inconvenience”. I’ll tell you what, FCC Paragon, why don’t you try to apologise for Illegally subtracting around £19,000 from a tenant’s annual income, instead of pretending to be sorry for “any” inconvenience?
Estate agents: be aware of the significant reputational loss you can potentially have in condoning the shady actions of unreliable companies such as FCC Paragon. Tenants, our online reviews have power. Post facts about such firms’ malpractices to raise awareness. Also, feel confident in complaining, and (if needed) in escalating the matter to the ICO, the ombudsman, or any other relevant entity.
BA needs to ensure all their airline partners abide by the law and provide high quality services. I’ve booked a flight from BA. It turned out Iberia was operating it. Unfortunately Iberia refused TWICE to allocate me aisle seats free of charge due to medical reasons, justified by an official document. Instead, they contravened Regulation EC 1107/2006 by demanding that I pay for such a simple request. Breaching the law to commercialise passengers’ health issues is completely unacceptable. Open your eyes, BA: you hold responsibility for all flights booked through you, regardless of which other airline is operating them! Please be more rigorous in supervising service quality amongst your partners.
I never gave them permission to send me promotional material, but for the last 6 years they've been constantly sending me spam SMS messages from a blank profile, with no number shown, so I cannot reply with "STOP" or block them, and my mobile provider cannot investigate the matter either. I have reported them to ICO Information Commissioner Officer, so hopefully they'll stop disrespecting customers and breaking the law so carelessly.
Very broad range of funds available. Great information provided about each of them. Unfortunately, though, they abruptly raised their costs in a way that seems exaggerated and careless. Buying or selling funds used to be completely free. All of a sudden, HL decided that each of those transactions would now have a cost. That's a shame, but kind of understandable. The big problem is that - contrary to what's expected in such cases - there is absolutely no capping limit for those costs and no decrease in price according to the number of transactions either (the more transactions, the lower their individual price should be). In other words, every time you reallocate your fund investments, you end up with a disproportionately high bill, whereas before the exact same actions cost nothing at all. No costumer should be made to pay £100, £200, £300 or more for simply buying or selling funds, which already have high charges and costs. That was a very poor decision, which made HL lose the trust of fund investors, many of whom have already left the platform. If you invest in funds, I unfortunately no longer recommend Hargreaves Lansdown.
After a short and superficial questionnaire, they claim you're neurodivergent with the clear purpose of getting you to buy their programmes. They completely ignore science and the rigorous methods that may or may not lead to the diagnosis of a real neurodivergent condition. They totally disregard whether or not you may be a neurotypical person going through a challenging period of your life. They provide no explanations about which specific neurodivergent condition your behaviours or mental patterns might be similar to. Their actions are blatantly misleading. I hope psychology/psychiatry organisations hold them accountable for the harmful impact such malicious actions have on people's self-confidence, wellbeing, and mental health.
Great experience! I definitely recommend them.
I had a great experience with them. Their facilities are comfortable, well-equipped, the wifi connection works really well, the coffee is delicious, etc. I once had a minor issue, but it got easily resolved through their customer service. Well done, wework and keep up the good job!
