ABSOLUTELY AWFUL
First of all, I am shocked at the number of obviously fake reviews on this site. For 10 years Waypoint has provided a terrible return (AVERAGE 5%!!) on my investments and taken a breathtaking amount of fees for doing so. Like many people, I do not understand financial markets which is why I hired an advisor in the first place. I finally did my homework and found out I could have made the same investments myself for no fees at all. When I called to ask questions about why my return was so low and if we should make some adjustments, I got a bunch of word salad that was designed to make sure I didn't understand what was going on. I am so incredibly upset that I have been taken advantage of for so long. STAY AWAY!!
