One of your staff members, Mr. Majid, booked my theory test for 14 June at 4:15 PM and informed me that there was no transportation available, so I would need to make my way to the head office. I agreed to this and took a taxi from Al Khail Gate to Bin Yaber Head Office, which cost me 90 AED. Upon arrival, I approached the theory test counter, where the attending lady informed me in a very rude and aggressive manner that she could not take my test because there was no available slot, and she asked me to go speak with the colleague who booked the test. I showed her the RTA confirmation message I received, which indicated that my theory test was scheduled. Despite this, she refused to assist further and continued to speak in an unprofessional tone. I tried to explain that if the test wasn’t booked, I would not have received the RTA confirmation and would not have made the trip, but she was unwilling to listen. This experience was highly frustrating, disrespectful, and caused me both financial loss and emotional stress.
I request a proper investigation into this matter. Assurance that appropriate training will be given to staff on how to deal respectfully with customers.
