Psychological nightmare

Placed with Rocket Rehab for psychological issues through a workplace. Beyond failing to answer simple questions, the consultant lied about what I'd said (with multiple witnesses) on paperwork to insurers and later cut contact citing something the treating doctor didn't say.
It's one thing to think they can lie about my words, but trying to put lies in a treating doctors mouth is next level disgusting. The company clearly had no interest in following this up.
Maybe they're amazing at physical rehab, but they shouldn't be going anywhere near psychological cases.
