The Worst Recruitment Agency

They don't deserve any stars. Their customer service is terrible. They don't reply to candidates with feedback or updates. They acknowledge a candidate's message but don't bother replying. They simply don't give the time of day or the time candidates deserve; instead, they share where they went over the weekend, which is irrelevant. I believe they should all go through extensive training to understand what a job seeker goes through. We are treated like data and numbers. Please don't use them. There are better recruitment agencies out there. I applied for a role and was told 'no' literally within 20 minutes.

Secondly, I was contacted by a recruiter, had an interview and was waiting for feedback. I called numerous times, emailed, messaged and was told "He's not here, He's sick, He's on holiday" - On holiday for a month? Sick for a month? I did receive an email from him and was told I would be called, but I never received that call. I tried one more time before accepting the fact that I was ghosted. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!

I know that it takes at least an hour to actually open the candidate's CV, read through it, compare with the Hiring Authority's JD and then make a decision.
