Hardly anyone seems to be interested in punctuality anymore.
Work that has already been graded is often corrected again to make it negative!
Unfortunately, it also happens again and again that exams come up with topics that were not discussed at all or were corrected in advance in the task area.
Professional English is not practiced by subject teachers.
Tasks are often not reviewed and graded at all, or at least not fully, and if they are, the teacher can still decide whether to include it in the evaluation.
After all, some teachers mention at times that they are at least TRYING to be fair.
Exams are never graded the same, because if there are, for example, 4 exams per cycle in a subject, then the teacher can use Eduvidual to decide if he thinks the exam was too easy to evaluate with 15% instead of 25% and the exam where the Students who have performed the worst bin 35% rate.
Unfortunately, there are still teachers who hate students and of course take advantage of this feature.
In my opinion, the school material is carried through too quickly, so that it has often already been mastered in the last 1.5 weeks and after that only personal initiative is possible.
Unfortunately, there are still missing topics in all main subjects, which is really a pity about the time and will never or never happen again in the professional world. E.g. Why does an application developer need to know how a printer works. This applies more to IT technology. Since the vocational school is always short-lived, you should sit down with companies and discuss what is really relevant, and above all I had to constantly listen to my boss why we didn't go through the heap and stack memory and why we still do have to program like 20 years ago (since I haven't programmed that long myself, I can't judge for myself yet).
Apparently the communication doesn't really work here for whatever reason.
If you now compare it with a trainer from the Wifi, unfortunately there is still a world of difference and doesn't really have to have anything to do with it, because you have to pay for the Wifi course!!!
Many teachers also still believe they have to exercise dominance over the students in order not to, as the saying goes, get shit on the head.
Prospective teachers have to present themselves to teachers who don't even have the skills to conduct interviews. In my opinion, only the director or his deputy should exercise it.
I also don't understand why it happens again and again in Eibiswald that non-specialist teachers are used as class teachers.
Then the religion teachers can also become class teachers!
By the way, these are just 10% of the errors I listed that absolutely have to be changed!
All I can say is take the Upper Austrians as an example!
