Great Company - Kudos to BRANDON!
Just wanted to take this opportunity to praise employee Brandon. I live in California and was not able to locate the check valve I needed locally. I needed it immediately. I was apprehensive dealing with an out-of-state vendor but Brandon made the whole experience a positive one. From my first phone call with him I felt confident with his ability to take care of my order. He was very professional, knowledgeable and user friendly! He researched the various options and immediately responded so we could make a decision on the part I needed. The order was just one small item but he was devoted to solving my issues and made sure I got the correct item. He arranged for overnight shipping and assured me I would have it in time. It actually arrived early.
In these times, it is rare to find such great customer service of this level. Brandon and Dade Pump brought back my faith in "good old fashioned" customer service!
