Moved my funds from Atmos to Clean Energy CU
I originally was with an institution Atmos. They moved away from banking and offered to move my accounts to Clean Energy CU. I agreed. First I did not get any "welcome" info as to how to log into my account on their web site. My funds were removed from Atmos, but I had no way to view any accounts on CECU. I finally had to call and did get info and log in information. I then recently added an external account to transfer funds from another institution to CECU. I saw the funds were removed from the external account, but did not show up at CECU. I created a chat support and was told 3-5 business days, OK. Then I got an email stating my transfer was complete and when I went into the site, the funds were not there. I opened up another chat support and the agent said they had to check with the finance team. My session timed out and I lost the chat. Had to log back in and i checked the balance and now the funds were posted to my account. Why was there a delay between the email and the appearance of the funds? The answer from agent is something like they are a small CU and sometimes they need to do some things manually. Huh? I might have to rethink my move to CECU.
