Negligent Handling of Bank Transfer - Unresponsive and Unprofessional
I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Grandall Law Firm. They mishandled a bank transfer by sending funds in CNY despite my clear instructions (confirmed in 4 emails) to use EUR, knowing the beneficiary bank (Revolut) does not accept CNY. This has caused a delay of over 3 weeks, with my funds still not returned or reissued. I’ve written to Grandall’s HQ 6-7 times in the past two weeks, but they’ve completely ignored my correspondence, showing no effort to resolve their mistake. Their negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable for a firm of this stature. As a paying client, I’m left in severe financial distress due to their unprofessional conduct. I strongly advise against using their services for any financial or legal matters.
