boycot abany mall omni tech.....

went in for a simple iphone screen replacement justfor them to not secure the screen not 1 time but 2 times i had to take it back within a month for them to restick the screen. not even a month later i go to use my phone and it is blue linning the screen. take it back to them to say hey whats goingon not only has my screen had issues with touch since you replaced it each time but now it doesnt work at all. they told me it is not theiur problem and that they will charge me to send it to the hq to get it looked at and if it is deemed their issue they will fix it.... 4 times i have brought it back to the same place and they have not fixed the issue or done it right. now i have to pay more i dont have and trust them with my phoine for 2 weeks ha what a joke i cant even trust them to fix 180 doller screen properly the first second or third time i took it in. i am noit impressed with the way they spoke to me when i told him he was the one that originaly fixed it wrong then continued to do it wrong each time i came his attituse changed and he made evryone around awear i was htere by telling me not to yell,( i was speaking loud in the middle of a loud place because i couldnt hear myself let alone them) made me feel like i was wrong when i no for a fact i am not. should have known when theiur shop is the only empty one in the mall not to trust them. boycot if you want a working device or even decent servce i would not reccomend albany mall omni tech kiosk. also been quoted 180,220,160,250 by each different staff member they have for the same job to be done. dodgy if you ask me. stay safe people.
