From the first time walking into Buckminster Funeral services and meeting Lisa, at the time I was emotional and never having done this before I had no idea what to do, I was having to arrange my Brother Paul's funeral.
We arranged a planned appointment a few days later and Lisa then guided me through everything, I cannot thank you enough Lisa, your empathy and professionalism along with your understanding of what we wanted for Paul was evident all the way through and clearly showed on the day, the reminders to upload the photo's along with the music for the celebrant Lisa was there to remind me, it's such an awful time and nothing was roo much trouble.
From the coffin to the flowers and the Music we chose to the order of service and the bookmarks which were such a lovely touch as Paul was such an avid reader to the 25 photos which were played on a loop throughout the service everything was perfect. Our driver was so helpful as we approached the crematorium he went through exactly what would happen and how the funeral would proceed from what order we walked in behind Paul and when we would leave everything was so well timed and professional.
Julie the Celebrant who came to my home where we talked about Paul's life was so kind, caring and understanding and the Eulogy on the day was as if she had known him, she also took charge of the music which was timed to perfection, she did him proud.
Paul's was a big funeral with standing room only in the crematorium, many commented afterwards how professional and respectful it was conducted but also it was all "So Paul".
We will always be grateful for the way Lisa and the Team handled Paul's final journey, Thank you so very much.
